AliExpress experiments - Non-watch products

I have had mixed luck online with Aliexpress.

Ordered a couple of Man United shirts. The shirt themselves seemed top quality, only flaw being the printed Adidas part that forms the label below the collar behind the neck (it was a tad wonky). The chap put Fellani instead of Fellaini on the back :/ full refund given.

Other shirt with Mata on the back he managed to spell right. can't fault the quality of the shirts. They did take about a month to arrive though which figures given that they are free p & p and the shirts are approximately £10.50 including name and number printing

All I see is the normal RL polo shirt.

Nevermind. I got it to work. I clicked around on other suits in his store. Brady has some awesome looking stuff here! A lot have 100% ratings, too. I love the navy blue worsted wool one, but for $300 on Ali it better be good! LOL

Has anyone bought any Timberland boat shoes on AE before? I've used the search function and searched through the thread, seems like no one had a review on it.

I'm interested in the following one:

Seller said the shoes come in genuine leather with the correct logo. Still hesitant to buy leather products on AE.

Just pulled up those Timberland shoes. They aren't boat shoes, though. Deck shoes have a smooth rubber sole with wavy slits cut into the rubber for traction on a boat deck. Those are casual shoes with a hiking sole.

I just donated my 20+ year old pair of Timberland boat shoes about 2 years so. They were in perfect condition. I hated the insole so I never wore them. For sailing they sucked. My Sperry and Polo deck shoes were far better. Now they are in style again, though, and the Timberlands looked nice.
