Advise on issues from watch purchased on M2M

Let's all keep in mind that a new hand set for that watch would be like $10 bucks.
I think I may even have a spare set if it's for a 649* that I would have gladly sent if you had gone about this the right way. Hell, I bet NCchef would have even offered to fix the issues for you if you had not filed a dispute.
If the crystal has a scratch, it was most likely mineral crystal. Another $10 problem.

if you want to save yourself i'd suggest the things already mentioned..
-cancel the dispute
-try to work out with the seller
-throw your self at the mercy of the mods and confess to be a uneducated noob and it will Never Ever happen again.

I am trying to resolve it with the seller, I have provided him with a quote from Bozz, and I am waiting his response. I am hoping its positive for all parties involved.
You really can't say you didn't know not to file a dispute. It's literally the first post in the sales section.

Ultimatums isn't going to stop you getting canned... Humbleness is about the only thing that may work.... The Boss doesn't like us messing with noobs but he like unmodded pp disputes even less....
Well he must have seen them, they are clearly obvious to the naked eye, unless of cause he is partially sighted. I have offered to return the watch for a full refund, that way he can re sell the watch if he feels there are no issues with it, which there are, hence not wanting to take it back as he will struggle I guess to resell at what I paid.
if you dont cancel that dispute i think you should be banned from all the sites.. everyone commenting are making a mental note not to sell or buy from you.. your almost at the end of the road..

you have not posted a clear pic showing anything wrong... maybe it was damaged during shipment (your responsablity) or maybe you dropped it? if I was the seller i'd accept a return and just have you banned..
Wow, you're incredible man. I have been honest with you the whole way, provided you with information, detailed pictures and answered all of your 35 emails prior to the sale!
After your claims today I asked you precisely so send me pictures of your claimed issues, and instead of doing that you file a dispute towards me on Paypal before we even solved the issue and not consulted the modders on RWI.
I have still not received any picture evidence of your claimed issues, and I been asking for it in four different emails I sent you today!
When I sent you the watch there was NO visible damage on the watch. As I told you loud and clear over emails, this is a used rep watch that I sent to you exactly in same condition as showen in the pictures at the sales thread. I even emailed you a detailed picture of the dial as asked, and you approved the picture and bought the watch.
This watch was purchased by me from NcChef two months ago and was been in great care, I have not dropped it, not scratched it, nothing!

As I told you loud and clear over emails, this is a used rep watch that I sent to you exactly in same condition as showen in the pictures at the sales thread. Seller take his emails down... This isn't appropriate either... We all know what mind frame the guy is in without seeing his emails...
With thy regards to the email I sent to the seller if he actually posted exactly what was said then you may understand things clearer.
Seller: Please send me your adress. I will be able to send it tomorrow and then email you the tracking number.

I will do my best. I have a busy life with full time work, part time studies, fotball practice and a wife who wants my attention..
so basically after confirming the previous day he would post the following day, once the following day arrived he was then not sure. I must add he did finally post it, but he posted it after the cut if point for the mail to be collected that day.
And I must add the 35 or so emails were a mainly discussing other watches etc. nothing to do with this actual watch.

Well, like I said earlier, the seller was viewing the thread and I knew it was about to get interesting. 35 emails...
So the seller has stated emphatically that there were no issues with the watch when he shipped it. Ok, then it's on the buyer to provide the proof. And don't say it's impossible to take a picture of - you can't come on here and throw a guy under the bus without some sort of proof. I'm not flaming the buyer - but how can anybody post up a thread bashing a seller without any proof at all?
