youre so right... 5 factories release their on versions of same watches.. and some makers make some serious crap that is gonna sit around for a while, why Bremont havent been tapped into yet is beyond me

maybe i will start a poll.. of brands that have some potential that are not repped yet or repped very little and see what comes up.. the makers and TD's will take notice, there was a poll earlier in the year for three watches and one eventually got repped..

I opened that poll for asking rep of ingenieur, laureato and overseas.
At today only overseas was replicate and is quite a crap.

We still waiting for the others two.

And I can't hear that IWC or Girard Perregaux are not important brand.

But as some of you have pointed out, the makers doing what market ask... So Rolex and Panerai.

And even in those cases there are always flaws in any edition, just to have a reason to produce a new and better edition, to force people to speed over and over again...

Ok, maybe Bremont doesn't seem like an important brand to some. To me, the likes of Longines, Jean Richard, Perregaux, Corum, Baume Mercier.. Ferragamo, mean nothing to me. are probably always likely to be very very slow sellers and I wonder why they choose those ahead of some others. And different models of others brands. Don't even start on all the women's muck that they make.

I would love to see a Bremont or Vintage Vdb at some stage and for them to Rep the Heuer Autavias but I can't see it.

We are out of topic here.
Simply I don't like it (not because it's not new) I prefer the oldest reference or the new one. This is the middle and is too big and sporty to be a real vc, in my opinion.
