I have a gen 16613 black dial that has Swiss made on it. I think this is just the later luminova versions of the dial.

It looks like mine with that font and Swiss made so it's probably y series.

Exactly, i searched for Y series (2002) now, all have this same dial. But my case is TC, so this dial wont work for me, all Y series cases have lug holes, so Y series dial with a newer case wont look good i guess

Not all of them. Earlier in this thread someone posted a y series with no lug holes. There's a few different variations of y series I believe. I'm no expert by any means though.

In 2003 - Y series (sep '02 - jan '04) started having LEC's (LaserEngravedCrown) in the crystal at 6 and no lug holes cases. So Y series can also have both new and old style.
