I used Sternkreuz Crystal in milk v2 and not problem.
I'm working on this Milk v1 and currently have a v2 retaining ring on it. I haven't checked for water resistance yet, but I have a few crystals to try before I finalize the build. I'll update if any other crystals I have seem to fit a little more snug.
I've also had good results using UV glue for gluing crystals that weren't tight enough for my liking. Worth considering if you just want it glued for water resistance.

Thank you for kind words! The dial is one I made with toner transfer, but it's a separate ongoing project. I've done better, but I used this one to get my build complete. It's decent, but it's finish is not good enough for me to be completely satisfied. It works well as an old one with some damage though.I used Sternkreuz Crystal in milk v2 and not problem.
Your watch looks nice
Dial source? Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion, UV glue might be a good option if I need to resort to a glue-based solution

Thank you, much appreciate you taking the time to test the crystals and respond with your findings! I will source a xs300.158 and try it, my worry is that the GS462-19k is 30.28mm in outer diameter, the xs300.158 is 30.0 and my retaining ring is ~30.08. However given you and others seem to have had success with the 300.158 I will explore that as an option.I just tried the 2 of the remaining crystals I posted earlier on a Milk v2 case and bezel. The 302.450 was extremely tight. It fit the case, but it was tight enough to where I would be worried it would start cracking in the next few days. Bezel would not fit over the crystal even a little bit.
Whichever crystal I didn't use (that was one of the two in the middle above) was very loose.
I know it's not an issue with the Milk case. But like most vintage cases, it's always a mess finding the right crystal to fit both the rehaut AND retaining ring.
I'm going to suggest the 300.158 if you can get one cheap without crazy shipping prices. By process of elimination, I'm 75% sure that's the one that worked for me.
Sorry! I wasn't trying to give such a crappy answer!! I only meant that I didn't have detailed specifications right now, so if you were dying to get your watch done, make an educated gamble on the 300.158.

1) The Milk v2 doesn't necessarily need work on the crown guards, but some people may reshape them for a specific look. They are a good amount smaller than on the V1 and are slightly polished. It's a good trade off for most, but it's hard to make them sharper if you wanted a New Old Stock look. One question. Google Translate doesn 't work on this page...
1) Milk V2 does needs works on cg?
2) for glass so Sternkreuz XS 300.158
3) for crown.....

I just found a spare 300.158. It fit the Milk v1 pretty snug, but it was a comfortable snug -- a not let water gush in type of snug. Thanks for the suggestion, UV glue might be a good option if I need to resort to a glue-based solution

Good input, IMHO 300.158 fits decent in the milk v2 case (I have the milk v2 and the 300.158), the problem I imagine some of you know is the position of the cyclops (it should be more towards the outside).I just found a spare 300.158. -In comparison, "The 302.450 was extremely tight. It fit the case, but it was tight enough to where I would be worried it would start cracking in the next few days." The 302.450 has already started to crack... I don't think it made it 24 hours before the first crack appeared. Just confirming it doesn't work here.
- I just tried a spare 462-18F, and it fit extremely loose on the rehaut. I tested with a genuine sized retaining and that was also very loose. Not a chance it will work without loads of glue on the rehaut and retaining.
I'm now extremely confident the 300.158 is a great fit and also the same one I used on my watch in the earlier post.
It's not fully seated because I was only checking fitment and putting it back in the bag, but here's a picture or two of the 300.158 fitment.
Excellent point, but when I look at my watch, it is always off center. For instance, if the center pinion was a laser, it would just miss my forehead and burn a hole in something above me. So, I'm not overly concerned about an inward cyclops or one that is actually a little lower than perfect. I'm likely scarred by previous disasters of trying to find a plastic crystal that fits both rehaut and retaining ring on a vintage watch.Good input, IMHO 300.158 fits decent in the milk v2 case (I have the milk v2 and the 300.158), the problem I imagine some of you know is the position of the cyclops (it should be more towards the outside).
Maybe there are generic glass alternatives that fit well and the cyclops is well positioned
Thanks, appreciated. I have the 300.158 incoming during the course of next week. Will report back with confirmation/findings if anyI just found a spare 300.158. It fit the Milk v1 pretty snug, but it was a comfortable snug -- a not let water gush in type of snug.

Received the 300.158 yesterday and it was a good tight fit. The plexi sealed well on the rehaut creating almost a vacuum seal. The retainer ring required some force to mount so now it sits tight as a rock. Only downside is, as mentioned before, the cyclops being a bit to close to the center of the dial and not centered above the date. Thanks, appreciated. Excellent to hear! I was only 75% confident at the time you ordered.Received the 300.158 yesterday and it was a good tight fit. The plexi sealed well on the rehaut creating almost a vacuum seal. All in all I much prefer this option not having to be afraid for the bezel and plexi to fall off during the day.
Thanks everyone for the help!
Thanks for the information on the 25-116, I’m looking to order from the same vendor for another build som light as well order a spare and try it onExcellent to hear! I was only 75% confident at the time you ordered.
Can't believe I forgot... I also ordered another crystal on the recommendation of another member here. It doesn't have the iconic bevel around the edge like the 300.158, but there's a slight bevel with a perfectly placed cyclops.

I prefer the shape of of 300.158, but if a perfect cyclops placement is more important, this one is closer.
