GMF 2019 Batman 126710?

He said a lot, but in a nutshell he is very satisfied from the quality of the GMF watch especially because it is available so fast after the release. The main difference are between the bezel colours and the colour of the numbers. In his opinion the noob has more glossy colours and the gmfs are more dull.

Everything is mixed up on trusty webpage - it says gmf but he posts pics and videos of BP version.
wen you decide to buy Batman make sure it’s GMF version

NO, gmf insert is way-way better.

The insert isn't the only flaw with the GMF.

Noob blue is wrong but the quality of the ceramic seems higher. The transition at the 6 and 18 can be taken care of with a paint or plating mod.

Looks like a lot of paint had to be used to cover the transition bumps, which is OK but it does seem to make the markers appear thicker, even more so than the gen shown below it. Also you lose a lot of the depth of the engravings.

That does look good overall, aside from a few spots of unevenness/missing paint in some numbers like the 0 in the 20 and the 10.

Some more pictures to clear up the illusion of missing spots. Unevenness is expected with any paint mod. Only a splutter plating will be even.

I agree with you that a lot of paint is required to cover up the transition therefore the depth of the engravings is lost.

I think we can all agree that no BLNR insert is coming convincingly close to gen any time soon.

Separately, I haven't seen a sputter paint mod that was completely successful either. Spongebob won't even offer it because the bottoms of the marker cutouts are rough and the sputter paint takes on those contours more so than other mods.

I got sick of Molotow rubbing off so I took the drastic step of spray painting the whole aftermarket insert with Krylon paint + primer metallic bright aluminum. Scraped the paint off the insert with a straight razor blade, leaving it in the cutouts. Not perfect, but looks beautiful silver on the wrist, nice and bright. Not dull even in low light and no color transition bumps.

I wish somebody would make an aftermarket insert with thicker markers. Doing a paint mod on an insert like mine can only get you so far...

I disagree when it comes to noob insert - that insert is complete mess that’s its the first thing people change. Even aftermarket insert with very shallow and white numbers is better.

i think there are couple of versions of gen bezel. I’ve seen gen Batman with thinner numbers on the bezel.

Gmf is best you can get for now. Color is pretty accurate.
Dont expect ARF insert to be better when they release it.
