New Factory - RF Factory Upcoming 126610 Release

Hey Trusty, what happened with the information!? Did the plans of MI/VMF to bootleg vsf are having troubles? No one has heard about this factory in the Mainland, everyone says this is just marketing mimics for the western market.

Most likely a lot of the vsf 126xxx that have been sold in the last couple of weeks are not vsf but come from this bootleg vsf factory.

Compare the middle links of the SEL.. the black one is gen like with a nice height and sharp defined step, the green one is shallow and smooth, almost not even there..

All VSF 126610 are like the green one.

Yup, I agree on that. The 126LV sits slightly lower as compared to the 116LV which is differs from gens more. I might have phrased it wrongly and given the wrong idea when I mentioned recess. What I meant was that the 116shas more recession height(higher and steeper) while the 126s are flatter which is further away from the gen. However, the RF is way too high VSF made as many thought out to be and far too high compared to gen too..

was comparing my 116LN Vs 126LV and the difference in gradient and hight could be seen, 116 is closer to gen.

But anyhow, great to share insights especially pointing out the comparisons with gen.

I found it "hard" for me to compare using pictures only and learned over the years that "the real thing" might be a different story

Maybe i should go for it and give it a try with one of the RF models

Seems people are getting very confused. The 126 has a different recession, and profile to the 116 - on the gen. That’s why the VSF has this difference as well - saying the VSF 116 is closer makes no sense - they are supposed to be different.

It’s exact same as my VSF126610, not great. The gen has a nice sharp defined edge you could shave a fingernail with, VSF has a soft rounded edge.

That’s it, but continue the red line up further towards the end of the SEL. The midlink step should be sharp and defined with a little height like your pic shows, not soft and rounded edge with no height/step.

Gen 12 has a pretty defined step in the top center link. The VSF is almost blending. Like a piece of paper on top of another. And the gen would be like 2 pieces on top.
