The RM055 is a manual wind watch. I’m no watch expert or anything, but I’ll go out on a limb and say that you don’t need to keep the watch on a rotating device. Thanks for the replies. When not being worn, is it best to keep the watches working but on a rotating device, or pull the winders and leave them off? Thanks
Thank you, apologies I thought it was an automatic watch. The RM055 is a manual wind watch. I’m no watch expert or anything, but I’ll go out on a limb and say that you don’t need to keep the watch on a rotating device.
Show us some pics!Just received the grey ceramic 055.
I now have both the grey and the white, and the grey is noticeably thicker.
I don’t have calipers to measure, but it looks maybe 1.5-2mm thicker.
A bit of a buzzkill, but still a beautiful watch.
Holy moly. gotta try that! If i ever get it lol
So the orange crown is after market mod or original package?

Is there anything visually that gives the ZF V3 version away as a rep on a still pic from dial side?
Regulator arm / not free sprung. Is there anything visually that gives the ZF V3 version away as a rep on a still pic from dial side?
You can't easily see that from the dial side - but you can immediately spot the missing "threaded inserts" or "nuts" or whatever the silver-toned metal discs are. There are a few missing still, near the balance jewel and other places. Very easy to spot side by side from the dial side.Regulator arm / not free sprung.
