Its really up to you, but chances are pretty good that you could pay for a watch now and have to wait until after CNY anyway.

Also can anyone recommend a dealer for the 5009-01? Puretime seems like it's a lot more expensive than Intime, but is it the same product? Anyone cheaper with a good experience

They are all the same watch, so you find the dealer first - then the watch. InTime is great, I've used them the most. Toro is also good, although his response might be a bit "short" he does what you want, gets you a good watch and ships it. You can order now, but your watch might be sitting in some depot for 3 weeks. Maybe wait until after CNY is over so its not sitting somewhere overseas.

I got a response back from Ryan (Intime) this morning, so at least he is answering emails. However he told me that no more orders can be placed until Feb 16th.

Just picked my 5009-01 up from the post office. I have to say the pictures look great, but once you actually see it in the flesh.....I am blown away by the fit and finish, it winds butter smooth, crown screws down solidly. It absolutely has a gen feel to it. If your on the fence don't hesitate pick one up! I will take some pics and post this afternoon.

Just received mine, currently wearing on a jacob's calf from my 5002.....gotta do a strap shopping, feel that the brown doesn't suit 5009 as good as on 5002. ZF factory's 5009 is much better than the BP factory's big pilot! I actually hope they can make a ZF's version of 5002 even I already owned one from BP factory.

Only thing that bothers me a bit is the color of the DW. In genuine DW is darker than dial and opposite with rep.

Believe me in the flesh it is a non issue, this is an amazing watch! If that's all that's holding you back go for it! You won't regret it.
