You might want to get your eyes checked (seriously) - you may be colour blind. As stated, it's a grey strap but if you're seeing it with a green hue (like me) then you may be colour blind (like me).

sorry green was the wrong word. I see it as a very very light turquoise, but didn’t know the correct word for that, thus why I used greenish .I still can't see any color other than grey.. this was inspired by a thread I created few years back for the 5227R, I recreated the same strap for this one, and I am so happy with it..

Amazingly beautiful strap and works so well with the watch. This is my zizac one, somewhat similar. I think it's out of stock now, was a 21mm 16mm but probably you could choose a 21mm and 18mm and cut it down slightly. Apologies if a repost, I can't remember if I posted it here or another thread.

It is not; it's gray. You should check to make sure you are not color blind (seriously). There are online test that allow you to check.

Patek Philippe made the 5227G in black dial and ivory.. Patek Philippe made only the 5296G in ivory dial, which ZF mastered to be honest. I do not see ZF going out of their ways to create and manufacture a fantasy dial (black) on the 5296. it makes no sense to me.
by the way, rumors out that the 5227G-001, 5296Gs and 5296Rs will be discontinued by PP this year.. among many other references of course.
I've ordered one from Ryan but had to turn it down several times because the 6 o'clock index is consistently shifted to the right.
Ryan's QC dept confirmed with the factory that all current models have this issue... so I will be going with a different rep instead.
