Has anyone already got QCs with rubberstrap? My TD ordered an 8F strap but he says its loose:
my 8F strap fits just fine. KIND of loose, but not really.
ZF straps are up on inTime and they look perfect IMO.
Also, I got the brown dial in. I put my gen brown strap on the watch and also compared it to the gen dial. ZF screwed the pooch with this dial color, too much red.
I will say though, brown dial is a wonderful addition to the collection. I don't think I have one brown dial stainless steel watch. I think IWC makes a Pilot watch with brown dial, but I can't think of other popular watches with brown dial.

IMHO, the rep dial is nicer than the gen and compliments the strap better.
So my TD finally has stock for the blue one. Before ordering I'd like to ask, what's the verdict? Are you guys happy with watch after the honey moon phase?
Been waiting for a acceptable VC 4500v from what I've read and seen it looks good.

Major, hows the figment for the gen strap? Is the gen strap fitment any better than the ZF or 8f?
That brown dial does look pretty killer, even though it’s not gen like!

I just got mine and have to say I'm very happy. The gen blue dial is probably the best blue dial I have ever seen with its rich dark blue and I thus was tempted to buy one at under retail when they first came out. This rep is 95% the same so it is wonderful, only issues with mine are the seconds hand has a few marks on it and the date is left justified but small issues compared to the fine finish and look of this piece.
It also has the 2mm adjustment at the clasp on each side of the bracelet, just pull it out, very easy to use. Like with the Santos the bracelet tech the reps now have are fantastic.

Nice. Any pics? I have a black dial coming my way. Admittedly it's not as impressive as the blue dial, but I already have a blue PPF 5726 and a grey ZF 15500 and needed a different dial color to round out my holy trinity. Blue 4500V means I'd need the grey 5726 and black 15500 and frankly I don't like those as much. Black 4500V didn't look bad though, hope it's turns out great in person.

I'll take some pics later if I can but those on this thread are very accurate and are what drove me to buy this. The blue is actually black in certain dark light so yours will looks just fine.
Here'a my second QC, I'm thinking of GLing this anyway, despite the very crooked bezel. I just figure these are all put together kind of carelessly and I won't get perfect alignment. I plan to take it apart and re-align the bezel and dial regardless. Does anyone know how the bezel is attached? Is it screwed on?

got these pics from my dealer. I think the dial is little rotated? What are your thoughts guys? Is it worth asking for a different one or does it look acceptable?
