Hey, this is a splendid watch, wear it in good health. My 2 complains are the pizza hand and the silver color of the rotor. I like the yellow color of 15202's better. Here some photos, with artificial and natural light. There are many really well-groomed details imho, such as the clasp, the engravigs and the movement decorations. I really like the sunburst effect of the dial. Obviously it's much lighter than the platinum gen, which I tried on my wrist some time ago. Overall I think it's a good rep, especially for the great impression of the changing color of the dial.![]()

absolutely !.....but it feels like the Dial is closer than blue ones.
absolutely !
i was talking about the tpisserie blue dial ;-)Does look much better than the ZF/XF blue dials from a close-to-gen perspective.
Although I'm still not huge on the green. I feel like standard watch dial colors are black/blue/white/gray. Green is too out there. Wouldn't mind if ZF made a fantasy dial of this but in blue. The gen 16202PT is so unobtainable it might as well be a fantasy watch anyway.

Look at the back of both. Choose the one which attracts you more.Consider now. but not sure if i should go with 15202 v2 instead or not?
Appreciate the review, it looks gorgeous! Definitely one of the ones I would be eyeing up. Hoping to see a fix on the hands but then otherwise would be a go for meI got my 16202 a week ago. I really like the rose gold/ gradient gray dial combo. The big question the dial…
It’s very nice, first thing people get to noticed. I assume the sunburst is not as shiny as the gen pictures on the net. But it doesn’t take away the beauty considering all shades of gray, black and brown you see.
Bracelet is a bit sharp, I have ZF 15400, and it’s very smooth, I guess it’s a batch or reference difference with ZF production.
However it’s not a problem.
The rose gold color...
Here I can’t really judge. I have rose gold gen vintage Rolex, and ZF aquanaut in rose, and the ZF 16202 is more reddish rose gold. What I read online is AP have different rose than Patek, and Rolex. Maybe here some of the members who have AP reps and gens in rose gold can tell.
It’s a pity they put a yellow gold rotor instead of rose.
Overall very nice rep![]()

The back seems to be done pretty well, however the big tell is the gold rotor, I think the gen is rose.Beautiful watch mate! Your photos have sealed the deal for me. Just one Question, How’s the caseback look in person? I think they’ve done well with the decoration but just curious to see how its like under natural light.
Theonewatches, very good serviceThanks Kitaro, Love it, where did you purchase your's from?
