No difference between both "factory" , Tigerdragon pointed that there's two diff blue dial (mate and vibrant) but some members said it was only due to the lightning.
But you have a little difference for the "swiss made", the current dial have the J series "swiss made" but you can find on puretime website picture of a different dial with a flat "swiss made" who looks like to match H series (if someone can confirm) ,none of theses have seen the light appart a few pictures from samples gave by the factory to Kobe and Angus and OP of this thread.
So it's seems to have the flat swiss made doesn't match the case who's stamped J, best version is the current batch who match J dial and J case.

Just trying to figure out what I actually bought now. Told Li I want the Z+F15400 and I get QC pics with Z+ on it. As long as that’s Z+F I’m fine.

All mine are ZF. I don’t know about the different dials etc. You guys can judge yourself from the pics.

There isn't you can see it in the pictures it's just light. Seems like they are all the same look at the printing and the AP logo and the brushing. The blue dial just change the color when the lights hit it but in a way which is incredible because it looks different in every angel

Se we can conclude that zf or z+f batch are just the same at 100%.
Only difference is J serial dial (available) and H serial dial (unavailable, but inaccurate because comes with J serial on caseback)
Correct me if i'm wrong..

Iam just speaking about the pictures above you can see the 3 watches and they all have the same blue except the middle one which the light hits. So I would say they look the same but I also could be wrong

Mine came with the black Z+ tag and bought from InTime. It did not have the ZF sticker on mine.
No matter what lighting I use I cannot get my dial to look like the pictures KSWatches Posted

It’s funny, I know one of the guys at KS owns the Gen and I thought this was his 15400 when I first saw these pics. What more do You want from a 400$ rep?
