Very nice.

How is the bracelet on this? Does it shimmer in the light like the gen and is it smooth?

it defo does shimmer, I'm not sure how compared to gen as I have not owned/handled a Gen 15400 but compared to pics online and behind a glass case in a store it defo does look the part. I do think JF's bracelet is slightly better tho as this bracelet is little more flexible compared to JF, Also the AP on the clasp goes tilted on an angle upwards but can be pushed back.

Has anyone purchased the grey version? I'm debating between the grey and the black and on trusty's video, the grey looks really dark.

I am also waiting for a member review review of the grey dial. Hoping that the reviews are positive!

Where I need to be.

IMHO, the easiest AP dial colors to mess up are blue and grey, in that order. However, I must say that I do like the ZF 15400 blue dial, and the grey looks ok too. I have not seen either in person, and only from pics. But experience tells me what to expect for color variance between pics on screens and real life pics.
You likely won't be disappointed with the grey dial. Remember that even the gen changes hues under different lighting and angles.

I have my XF 15400 almost a week, unfortunately the rotor is most of the time stuck, and apparently doesn't wind the movement. I was so happy it was running -5 sec/24, and suddenly -40sec...I winded it and we are back in business, then I noticed the rotor doesn't really move, only when really stress the watch. Thats why mine was so silent:) Have to visit a watchmaker to oil it a bit, or maybe the case is too tight...Anyone else experiencing the same?

Is the brushing on the ZF really worse? The stokes look a bit farther apart and more prominent than the JF, which is closer to gen?
