And all I care about is if the subs are painted correctly along with the dial background being changed to the correct color scheme.
Because it looks better that way, more variation.

Looks amazing! What is the color of the hour indices on the bronze version? On the Gen it is white. On all of the reps I've seen, the color appears mgreen. Could just be the lighting of the photos though.

Also, on the non-crown side of the watch, is there a gap between the titanium case back and the bronze case?

Does anyboy know if it's possible to age the SS on the extra special to give it the same color as the darker SS of the cafe racer? Have the blue dial SS on the way, and think the darker SS would look fantastic. Any responses or experiences aging the SS would be appreciated!

I think that aging SS Take more specialize procedures. Not like bronze with simple home hacks like eggs in a ziplock bag.
Anyways I just got the aged SS case caferacer limited ed yesterday. Saw on a chinese website with seiko vk64 mechaquartz. With no ticking sec hands & a mechanical chronograph hand. I strapped it on my own cracked leather strap and I must say it matches the dial very well.

Yes I am surprised it looked so gd when I received it. Saw the pictures on the website which is done very professionally which is quite hard to believe.

Movement oem seiko mechaquartz vk64 which has no ticking quartz sec hands and a smooth sweeping chronograph hand. So I just like to engage the chronograph & see it sweep away. Of course not the hi-beat zenith sweep but good enough for me.

Total is about 120 including shipping. I bought from their shop in dhgate so prices is a bit high than listed on the website. Easier for me to pay through dhgate and will get the dgate customer protection too so I went that route.

Seller knows simple english so you can email him to order. I can read chinese so no problem for me.

Fpr the strap(it is 24mm btw) I think it is easy to swap with the brown. Not sure if the seller is willing to do that tho.
For me I have many handmade leather straps so I normally wont use the provided strap.

This "aged stainless" on the quartz model looks different than on the higher priced Ton Up, no?

Hmmm, so I haven't looked, sorry, I know I should, just not enough free time (forum viewing is for when I have to do "paper work").
I'm wondering if there will be a Ton Up in quartz?
Definitely going to look more at what the TDs have to offer.
