Yes , but I received just now an other email from Ryan that invite me to change with different model or choose for the refund , at this point I 've decided to the refund .
However Ryan is the best Dealer !Good communication and very honesty , I hope in new business then 5 stars For him From Italy!

However, if I were you, I would ask him to keep my money and notify me as soon as it's back in stock.

I have placed an order for the V5 sub. I got told by Lucy that it will take a further week, apparently new stock will arrive end of March. I am happy to wait longer. I have my heart set on it- I know I will enjoy it. It is my first REP.

Ryan said it was very unlikely that they were doing any upgrade at all. And even if they were it's unlikely to be anything of significance

I have received a piece of crap from PureTime. I ordered a 116610 LV noob V5 about 2 weeks ago and it arrived the day before yesterday. It looked very good when I took it out of the box, but as soon as I opened the clasp things started going downhill. The piece where you lift up the clasp was not attached in the middle, so it springs open everytime you lift the crown. There is no way this was not noticed when they took the QC pictures, because someone opened (possibly even broke) the clasp to take one picture. In the pictures themselves this was not visible. Even worse, the divers extension cannot be used. When it is set to the smallest setting, the bracelet won't fit in the clasp!!! Also, there is a "bubble" on the side of the clutch, perhaps indicating they found out and tried to somehow use the wrong tool to widen the clutch. All in all the whole clasp is a real piece of crap like you would buy in the cheapest market. The rest of the watch looks perfect, so it's a shame. Now I have to send it back and pay extra shipping costs because they screwed up... PureTime, never again!!!!

The bracelets on the ceramic are fantastic and normally they work fine, real improvement. If the watch is fine I would never ever ship it back just because of the bracelet. Either ask them for a bracelet or a small refund and if not just buy another bracelet from another TD and save on the postage. For the V5 a J12 is recommended anyway.

I'm not a troll, just wanted to warn other users. I did ask them to send me the bracelet piece where the clasp is attached, but they insisted I send back the watch. The reason of my rant is because THEY knowingly shipped out a watch that's broken (again, someone opened it to take QC pics and there is just no way that person didn't see it), but now I have to pay for back and forth to replace it (hopefully with something less crappy). Sorry for the copy-pasting (newby, I have already edited out most of them) but I'm quite sure most would agree this is not very correct/professional from PT's side. All of us, when we order, just want what we order. Fair enough if something happens in the mail, but this is deliberately sending out something that is not at all what the client orders. And yes, I know, I'm ranting again :)
