Lol the r on every noob ym rehaut is noticable.Take a look at every single watch in this thread they are all the same it's a flaw with the noob ym.depending on the light and angle.I cam take pics and you can't see the rehaut flaw.noob will hopefully fix it but the ym is not that pop so they may never update

Can't believe these minor details are of issue. This is a great rep. But guys it's a rep. Not a gen. even if the watch was visually 100% 1:1 with gen it would still be a rep! The owner will always know so the minor bits don't worry me too much. It can drive a man insane!!

Nice, now thats the blue I'm looking for. Out of curiosity, will it be possible to order both a dial and a seconds hand? Gotta prepare myself in case I end up with a grey dial instead.

Exactly! Small details like sel don't really bother me unless it's really really bad, never gonna pretend its gen anyway. Plus even subs are rare here, nobody's gonna notice what you're wearing, unless it's a gold day date (by far the most common rep/fake seen here), then people will just assume it's a cheap fake before even asking if its real.

amen, just enjoy. we would have given one of our nuts for the quality of some of these newer noobs a few years ago.

It's a shame noob stopped using a capped cannon pinion on there new watches.if they capped the pinion in the noob ym.it would looks more gen.the only way to get that capped look is buying gen hands luckily they fit the sa 3135

For me, although this is a great rep, the biggest flaw is the Yacht-Master blue font. Too thin compared to gen. Depending on how you hold the watch, you don't even see the sign.

Honestly- In the flesh, on the wrist- it looks great. Just had lunch the other day with a bunch of guys- three of which had on gen Rolexes. Never wore a rep before to one of these get togethers- They had never seen the Rhodium dial- took if off, passed it around- nobody ever asked if it was real or not. One of the guys (The one with the two tone ceramic sub) knew USA retail was around $11K.

He did some research, went to the AD, stopped by my office this morning at 8:45 to try my watch on- Examined it CLOSELY- said he was going to the AD Saturday to buy it. Happened to have my gen GMT II and my gen Datejust on my desk just back from regulation and cleaning- so we had gen side by side with rep (I know apples to oranges) I'll tell him mine was under $400 after he pulls the trigger! You really have to get to the microscopic level to see the tiny details that are clearly off on all the reps- in person just feels and looks like a high quality watch.

Blue font?not sure what u mean.we use the perfect jf dial instead of the noob blue dial

He means the blue "YACHTMASTER" font on the rhodium dial with the blue hands- In various internet images it looks a variety of different shades of blue.

Pardon the dust and misaligned bezel and the lousy cell phone picture- but I think the rep really looks fine- The blue looks just about identical tot he gen when they are side by side- I'll get a side by side for you soon.
