Never understood the design philosophy on this one...For some reason, thin no date watches with SS bracelet doesn't sit well with me. If you want to go full dress watch, put it on leather with no complications (and keep it thin). If you want to make it a sports model on stainless bracelet, atleast put a date complication (like the AP 15202). That's just me...I am sure others will differ.

Agree, this makes the same impression to me as the Rolex 114300 which I find too plain. A no date sub on the other hand is nice, but the ceramic bezel is what makes the difference

I agree. Just don’t get the excitement about such a plain boring watch! Each to their own I guess.

Big fan of VC and the overseas in general. This rep looks much closer to the gen than the BP 4500V but whilst the ultra thin aspect is very appealing a part of me thinks it loses some of the luster without a centre second hand sweeping round the dial. Wish they had this much effort put into the 4500v.

I am sure it is a great watch, but I just have too many stainless steel sports watches, mainly Patek and Rolex replicas that I have invested a lot into.

Gen comes in WHITE GOLD not SS. Hence your opinion is based on wrong assumptions.
