I hope more experienced gen / rep owners will chime in. Until that I can list a couple of viewpoints for your personal comparison:

- which dial do you like better?
- will you accept a larger hand base?
- are the markers in positions?
- will you accept the lume color and its potential mismatch between the markers and the hands?
- are all date numbers in positions?
- do brushes of the bezel and the case match?
- which finish of the bezel screws do you like better?
- which bezel width and which bezel/bevel ratio do you like better?
- which movement finish do you like better?
- which bracelet is more comfortable for you?

You should read, but the answer is no. You can't swap xf hands into zf.

Gilrob is correct. It can be done. Depending on the specific set of hands, minor mods can be needed but whoever is capable enough to do the fitment will be capable to do the mods.

XF is more gen like for me. I don't like ZF dark blue

ZF used an old gen and XF used a newer gen that's why there is such a big difference. They slightly changed the color in the newer gens. So they are both correct. Really depends on what color you like they won't both be 100% like gen so yeah.

According to legend the XF hand base is big enough to cover the hole of the ZF dial. A member, whose name escapes me at the moment, ordered a ZF dial and is having it installed in his XF 15202. I'm waiting to see the results.

I would and did choose ZF. Have not regretted it.
