When I first talked to @asusundevils1971 here on RWI, we were tossing around the T-word at each other. Isn’t there a certain kind of camaraderie among men where it starts with busting each other’s balls and eventually turns into friendship?

Only thing that comes to mind is “taxes”.

Under my blankie
Didn't know I sold my little house to you @Cheesegrater. If I had known it was you that was buying it the selling price would have been raised by $5 million.

Did you find my stash of adult movies that was behind the huge painted mural of me.
These gay porn dvds are yours????
I was sledge hammering this ugly ass photo and 100s of these dvds just poured out!

Wtf man!

I read that since I am in to Replica watches and for me, thats crap.
When I come outside a rusty old fiat with my cheap replica gucci trainingtrousers and my adidas "Adiletten" and a 6 Euro T Shirt, you never would think that the Watch I wear is genuine.
Its all about priorities:
For some people apparel must match to the "all in one" statement they wanna make for their surroundings.
I dont give a damn about lazy clothing and car and if I am able to save money there, I got more for the watch :D

Other people, other priorities. In my opinion the biggest tell is not the owner, but the makro QC s ;)

The whole "present your self in public" statement is funny to me.

If I wear either a gen/rep and i'm exiting my S Class or E Class Mercedes no one bats an eye.

If i exit my 1984 VW Golf MK2 I drive around in Switzerland sometimes (yes, i bought it for shits and giggles) wearing any watch, no matter if it costs me $500 or $50,000, I get laughed at and looked at funny.

So in my personal experience, I find that statement to be true. People in todays day and age are super judgemental.

But it all comes down to what you think and what you believe. Do I care what people think of me in public or if they think my watch is real or fake? Absolutely not. Do you? That's entirely up to each individual.

Half the time I am in a hoodie and joggers and look homeless, so in the end most people think my gen 126715CHNR gold rootbeer is fake because I don't fit the picture :ROFLMAO:

Here is one of my homes in Florida from 15 years ago but had to let it go as it wasn't big enough to house my ever expanding watch collection. At that time I was over 300,000 and was afraid that @TonyMonatana44 (just joking TM) was coming to raid me of all my valuable reps.

So I fled to Canada (house I live in now below) and assumed a new identity and now only own 10 reps. RWI has helped me through a lot of lonely nights curled up in the corner sobbing about what I had. For that I am grateful to all my RWI family who picked me up and got me back into the rep game...

Hahaha no need to say you're joking. I've turned over a new leaf, I read everything as a joke now :ROFLMAO:

A bit faint-hearted, aren't you? Or maybe all the online communities out there are sunshine and rainbows, and I just missed the memo?

Faint hearted? No mate, get a grip, im not soft, there's just a fine line between banter and bullying. Calling someone a lair and saying they're full of shit, old and a bullshitter crosses the line in my opinion. Especially when this guy proved he was telling the truth.

Just recently found this video of the Rainbow Daytona Hillbilly made for me. Had to put it on youtube to share and hopefully you will be able to see this. Most will like it but I’m sure some won‘’t. Hard not to be an “artist“ to create something like this but JMHO. Cost landed in the USA $2700 and took appx 6 weeks and risk was all on me. Let me know if you can’t see it and can give me another way to show this video on RWI.

It looks fine. As said , the new tungsten case build are not bad at all. Just that other memeber are only pointing out that real solid gold will still be noticeable in real life when compared.

This looks nice; one that I'd go for if I were in the market for such a piece.

This one is stainless steel wrapped in RG. It looks alot better than the current solid tungsten builds out at the moment.

Have you had a chat with xing David about the updated tungsten cases? It seems only WG ones are available at the moment though

I have a solid gold build from AMF and it's 205 grams.
For regular versions of 116 reference Daytona's, Yellow gold full links is about 208g, 220g for Rose and White gold and 280g for Platinum.

Given this is gem setted and gold is heavier than stones I guess your weight is correct as per gen.

This was a couple links removed, let me scale it again. The only tells are the clasp not loud and crisp when you open and close. Also obviously the movement when winding or changing time isn’t as smooth and crisp as gen. I’m trying to find ways to fix this but don’t know where to start.

Please post pictures (if possible) and do you mind telling us what you paid and build time please?
