I didn't see anyone mention the ORF case. I think it is much better than VSF. The VSF crown guards are pretty bad.

received my ORF and its amazing!

just avoid TrustyTime for your orders, he intentionally hid the movement, refused sharing qc and I received a sample with very sloppy painted engravings. Go with Jtime instead

With regards to Trusty, this is probably the first time I'm hearing about him being like that. I did not face such a problem when I purchased from him. He shared QC pics etc, no problems. He is a trusted dealer here for a reason.

Got a black Vsf Seamaster, tempted to buy a Orf from Sead as has 3 arriving in UK next week. Is it worth the change or stay with VSF. Hear so many conflicting reports

IMO VSF is still the best, ORF is pretty dang close though.

Guys how can I tell if it’s VSF or ORF just by looking at a picture of the watch, are there any obvious tell tale signs of each one?

The newer ORFs have printing that is thicker than gen on the bezel.

My VSF seamaster 300 white dial has had issues with the crown twice now. Crown strips and wont screw down. Is this an issue with the ORF units as well ? This for me is the biggest issue with the VSF. Apart from that, the biggest tell tale sign of being a rep on the VSF is the missing regulator screw - this has been addressed on the ORF.
