Wow that is great to know. I absolutely love the Cowboy Junkies. Their version of Sweet Jane is superb. I presume you are referring to the CJ version not the original recording of the Velvet Underground.

The session was recorded at the church of the holy trinity in Toronto (album was called the trinity sessions). Recorded way back in ‘87. They let me sit in and listen to the set. It was astounding to hear it.
