I just would like to share something, in case of nomal PayPal payment, actually there will be the following investigation after the dispute is placed and escalated by the buyer. After a period of time of the investigation, if the PayPal decides the case on the buyer's favor, the refund will be given, no matter what. And as to the seller's PayPal account, the balance would be negative (in case that at the time when the dispute is placed, the balance is 0).

In the case of PayPal gift, I doubt if there is other better way other than resending the fund, which means it would be way simpler if [MENTION=47109]silvershark[/MENTION] send the money as a new transaction to [MENTION=53529]DVNE[/MENTION]

Cybee, problem is he's probably long ago removed the funds so PP is no help in that case. If he wanted to he could just send a payment to the buyer and be done with it.

Yup he is telling you to do a dispute because , as sub said, they credit money and leave seller with a negative balance.. hes basically saying "i took the money out so dispute it with paypal so THEY are out the money"

I've tired it and can conform that the self service system doesn't give a shit whether or not you place your item in the bin after generating a tracking number.

Royal Mail are only interested if the item goes missing AFTER the item has been scanned as "received at post office".

What a dickhead!

Mech, exactly same here. I can walk up to the kiosk weigh my package, buy the postage, get a tracking number, get a receipt, and just walk away. Theres no one there to make sure I put the package into the hole in the wall cause its a self service kiosk. That's the idea self service. Of course most people will put their package into the hole in the wall because they want it delivered. In this case he never intended the package to be delivered which is why he used the cheapest option available to produce a receipt and tracking number for his rip off plan.

His whole story is bullshit right down to the fake horse kicking story. The only thing that kicked him is his cow of a girlfriend while they were sleeping.

I am very thankful for members like you. With me being in the US, I would have never known about this self service kiosk and its loopholes. If he would have PM'd me the receipt before me starting this thread, I would have just chalked it up as a loss during shipping and just dealt with losing out on my money.
[MENTION=47109]silvershark[/MENTION] can still make this right. I am not sure how you can sleep at night knowing you scammed people. Sounds like a stressful life. Karma is too real and strikes when you least expect it. Sometimes the victims are lucky enough to witness it unfold.

Even if you didn't scam and really tried to ship it its a gen watch and you ****** up by not properly insuring it and sending it. Man the **** up and give him the money back. Is all the headache you're going to experience really worth a few hundred quid? Be a man.

@DVNE Sub is in the states as well mate, it works there too! This is something everyone needs to aware of and it's one step up on the old print a shipping label at home because this time you have a receipt as well!

@dragonman4 There is a lot more than just this one incident or I'm sure the guys would not be preparing to go full retard on his ass. Note he hasn't denied that and in fact he refuses to mention the other shit at all. Funny that, if someone accused me of shit that wasn't I'd be screaming my innocence at every opportunity but he knows we have emails, names and addresses linking him to the earlier cases. This guy is a serial fraudster.

@silvershark Cut the bullshit and just send the guy his money back via PP Gift.
