In the COURTHOUSE!!
Not really sure what you are saying...

Terms were I ship you pay - wired funds the bank would be clearing about same time as pharma got stateside.

I had a couple Drs slow pay me when I started out.. It took 150K out of my operating cash flow - almost put me under.

Realized self serve gave me a way to say Id shipped ("receipt proof") when I hadn't so I did that with all new customers until I was sure they could/would pay on time.

Was that through the online process or on the phone?

I've managed to overturn decisions (2-3times, attempted buyer scams through eBay) by calling PayPal direct and being very confident about my case. (I think they can't be bothered with the hassle.)

State you have written proof from the scammer telling you to make a claim and that you will be pursuing legal action against PayPal.

That the provided proof of postage will not stand up in court as Royal Mail have confirmed that the parcel was never received (deposited by shipper) invalidating any proof of posting issued.

Under UK laws the shipper is liable for goods until the buyer receives them. Any failed shipping is on the seller.

Seriously you should be able to get the decision overturned... !!!

Problem is DVNE sent by PayPal gift so there is no protection as it is meant for sending money to friends or family etc.

Damn, I'm sorry to hear that man. It almost feels like PP always settles claims for the scammers..

That's not the case though, had the buyer not used the gift option and claimed within the correct timescale, PayPal would have assisted and recovered the funds for the buyer.

If you pay via gift payment there is no cover, unless you funded the payment via credit or debit card which you can dispute directly with the your bank.

Sorry to hear this. The only recourse which was right from the start was for the seller to make good in an amicable way.

Didn't mean to be flippant, guys. I use humor as a coping mechanism in stressful situations. I sure hope silvershark gets his comeuppance.
