I do not know about white gold, when I watched watch the girl said, that there are still the same blue only in white gold.
So I suppose that there may be another color of bezel in white gold (this is my assumption and only).
But steel has a different color.

You popped into the Blancpain AD and asked to see a FF so you could compare it with the ZF and Noob reps that you had with you? You have big cajones my friend.

It’s a great rep. I’d buy tomorrow if I had the funds and it was in my priority list right now. The seconds hand is a little off but it’s a better than noob on the dial by a long shot.and if one hits m2m I’ll still get it of course

Yes the actual bezel is pretty dark in the flesh. I don’t have the watch with me at the moment but can post some pics in direct sunlight later this month if anyone still needs them.

Thanks! I haven’t seen the ZF in the flesh but it does looks very good judging from the pics. Have a business trip to China scheduled for Jan and I’m hoping to pick one up then. Will definitely post a comparison if I manage to get it.

Did you get one as puretime has no stock

I paid and ordered Saturday but hear nothing Seamusflood, at this time but I will post if any change.
I speculate that the SS bracelet may be the delay, then a price hike. otherwise why release a handful of blue watches with black straps.
By the way Toro is the TD I use.

I thought I’d read a dealer description stating that the strap was black but can’t remember where.
Whatever on my phone tablet and monitor the strap definitely looks black, I think someone who has actually had one needs to settle this.

I have never owned a gen, but I did sit in the AD for a good half hour trying to decide whether to go for the blue dial or black dial. The blue was definitely on a blue strap.

And I just checked on Blancpain's website and it is showing the blue on a blue strap.

Yep gen strap is blue, it’s just ZF version looks black on the net pictures.

Also my zf rg has a purple AR coating on the xtal so I am thinking that this might be the same for the blue this would explain the purple huw on its dial,which is incorrect with the gen blue.
