Hi guys, I went to AD and saw this blue one with bracelet, the black one and the blue sunburst dial titanium one, which has open caseback and much lighter. After 25% off retail, titanium one is about sgd 500 more if I remember correctly. With bracelet about sgd3k more and very heavy.
Please say it ain’t so! I just sent payment to my TD without asking for stock first. Damn it!

I checked with my TD and he said that he would get me one so I just sent payment a few minutes ago.

Hello Gentlemen! I was ready to pull the trigger but I wanted to see more images before I did it so I checked out pics from various td's and I stumbled upon this pic which made me a little worried. The attachment is showing that the blue dial is mounted on what seems to be a white plastic disc which can be seen really easily and this is really bugging the hell out of me because it looks anything but premium. Im thinking that one ought to paint that area of the plastic disc to achieve a more uniform and premium look. What do you guys think? And lastly, does anyone know how this compares to the genuine product?
I just watched a video of the watch on a TD’s site (not a TD here), and did see what mosa24 referred to. Looks like an easy mod with a fine-pointed sharpie. [emoji38]

Guys, seeing the pics of this horrendousness makes my stomach ache, however, I'm glad to hear that the noob version didn't have it but I guess those aren't available anymore seeing that it is an older release. I heard that this new zf batch is already gone! Now, for the new batch, who here can tell the factory to adress this abomination before they start to produce the new ones?
Hmmmm, guessing you haven’t spent that much time in the Rolex section then....
Given that no one who has the actual watch saw it as an issue, until pointed out means that it’s a long way from being an “abomination “.
It's also far from a natural viewing angle, in real life I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Can you share your tought ? I personally want to buy one but still waiting for the "side by side comparison to gen" (that seems will never happen)... then now sudenly it just said out of stock.
It’s a great rep. I’d buy tomorrow if I had the funds and it was in my priority list right now. The seconds hand is a little off but it’s a better than noob on the dial by a long shot.and if one hits m2m I’ll still get it of course
I wouldn’t hold your breath on a side by side with gen btw. They make very few blue and not easy to snag even in gen.

I also wanted to buy the latest version of this watch, but in the end I still refused.
A week ago I saw watch from ZF version and compared the Gen in the store (compared side by side).
The color of the bezel is different from the gen, the version is much darker. The color of the dial is very good.
In the store the girl said that in my case the same watch are in white gold.
But they are not available. Maybe they have a different color bezel, I do not know.
But those watches made of steel that were in the store exactly had a different color.
I have a noob version, it is almost identical in color to the gen.
I do not know, can Blancpain out different colors in different years, like rolex blue submariner (two tones).
But what is now available in the store, in color is similar to the noob version.
Unfortunately I could not make a photo.

Hi, what did you compare in the store, an actual ZF rep next to the gen ? Or photo of ZF ?
The white gold is very different, the case is polished and the dial is a blue version of the black dial, without the flinque texture ...I posted some pics on page 3
