WAKE UP!!! ZF FF Blue dial is out!!!

Hey!
Did you solve the problem with the screw on you BFFF deployment buckle?

I eventually got a jeweler to fit a screw, which is 1.2x.25 and I am going to either make a washer whenever I find a suitable material or trim down the supplied screw dome head then Locktite it in.
I know that you have to accept faults with rep's but this is poor QC from the ZF factory.
It's a pity really because the watch is good.
This limited edition that has just been launched is almost there In terms of what I want, but I am trying to hold for the blue bezel rep.
I am waiting to hear a review from a member on the subtle hews of ZFs blue dial.
When I get the deployment clasp sorted l post hear.

Wow! That color is much much better than factory's photo. But the date wheel seems not that gen.

The alignment on your date wheel doesn't look too bad honestly, on the "10's" the 1 is very close to the inside edge of the window... see what what your "20's" look like..

The first picture tells me it is the true colour of the blue bezel. I had the gen watch on my wrist in the Blancpain shop yesterday and it looked the same. It is the same colour as the outer ring of the dial when looking at it straight on, but when you look at it at a different angle, the outer ring turns the same colour as the inner dial as can be seen from the second picture which makes the bezel then seem black.

I am confident enough from the pictures posted to go ahead with an order.

I'm actually surprised how under rated these ZF Blancpain Fifty Fathoms seem to be. There are so many threads of other watches, the new 116500 for example, but this iconic watch doesn't seem to be getting as much love.

Granted you're left with the crap shoot of QC, but that is every rep. Even in comparison to the NOOB v1 I feel the black dial is variant is superior in every way. The blue dial seems to follow suit..
