Not one of my gens has those marks from the safety clasp. The gen construction is different, made so it can't rub the bracelet.

All rep bracelets so far has got this construction wrong, that's why you see the marks on the rep bracelets.

I did a post on the Daytona tread a couple of weeks back, and how to fix it with a slight brush

I agree with that too. they need to improve the clasp

VSF LV came in today

Absolutely floored by the quality. Overall it's ask close to gen as I can objectively see.

I should note though that the crown thread was hard and the crown was difficult to put in. On my VSF LN it was like butter. Luck of the draw!

That’s a stunner! I’m glad you agree on the quality being outstanding.
Can you post this in the other thread too?

You can improve the crown thread with a little (silicone) grease or oil. They are just dry right to the end inside.

Aye! Posted!

And I greased the crud out of it, but it still is very hard to set in. Never had a rep do this before haha.

Got your message, I got my watch from Eric at GeekTime. Splendid TD (not from RWI but in RepTime). Lume porn:

Thanks for the info and pic! Very nice lume color tone.

How would you fair the lume color tone n brightness in real life? Is the lume color and brightness the same?
(gen hands with vsf dial and insert)

I was talking up the non scratching bracelet but realized the rounded edges are very fragile... almost like soft metal... this edge got f’d up... almost as if the metal folded over.. good thing for extra links...

Check out the edge of the bright shiny link in the picture. I hit the watch on something and whacked off an entire edge of the link

They are also scratches above on the bracelet. Did you hit a door or something? Looks like it's just broke of the bracelet? I've just saw something like only ones at an AP 15400 where the upper side of the link just fell off.

D3s19n wears his watch hard. It’s amazing to see that much wear and tear in such a short period of time.
