Yes, I have the same issue too with the vsf too. Sometimes, it feels like I’m unable to pull the the crown out fully to adjust the time. I need to slightly rotate the crown a little more before it ‘engages’ and stops the second hand.

The watch also stopped a few times even after I pushed the crown back in. The solution was to again pull the crown back out, and then tap it near the crown guard area. Once I do this, the seconds hand will start to move when the crown is pushed back in again.

I have been playing and to solve the issue I just rotate the crown as you mentioned. I was actually thinking if it is actually getting caught on the thread and that is why rotating it helps?

Perhaps what SS72 is saying is correct... Hopefully it is nothing major that wont break the watch and it is but an inconvenience.

Just played some more with it and it is not getting caught on the thread...definitely something else going on! SS72 is this a major issue or an inconvenience? Thank you.

Mate, I'm such a newby at this it's ridiculous. Just after reading about what you've said is happening, and recalling previous conversations in this forum, I've referred to Dr Google to double check, and to me, it looks like the Keyless. If it's just an adjustment (i.e., nothing broken), I believe it's only minior surgery required - just an adjustment. oascom any chance you can advise on this one?

They just shifted it first R is good now but from 3 to 6 it goes off again due to the shift.

Right but it's light. Better like that anyway in my opinion the first letter is more eyes catching to my eyes. This time a little rotation on the dial maybe could fix this small issue Wich is already acceptable for me.

It seems to me that VSF is fixing flaws already mid batch. Compared to other factories, like noob, where the first batch is really good and then they start to become crappier by the day, we should really appreciate what they are doing. So far VSF improved the clasp and rehaut. Now I would like to see SEL recess a bit closer to gen :)

Could someone be kind enough to please let me know how it should feel when I wind this movement? When I wind mine I hear clicks (no rough clicks), if I do it fast it sounds like winding a toy car (not as loud of course)... My Omega Aqua terra with an Asian ETA feels like a gentle sand paper sound without any clicks.

I am just trying to figure out if my movement is ok as I am already experiencing another issue with the crown.

Thank you!

Surely, you can judge your movement on its other features? Ie, how long is it storing its charge. What is it's accuracy?
Easier with a timegrapher but you can do it manually just by recorded the observations over time.

As for how it's meant to feel... well it's totally subjective. But "smooth, but slightly grainy" would be my reply to you.

My gens wind like butter, my zzf winds similar, but with a little grain to it

my approved QC from Trusty a week ago - looks like batch 1 based on the rehaut

Nice cyclop BH effect and over all nice case, but I don't understand why does VSF step on ARF*s steps? this fu*king fat date wheels, just why???????? I mean they should just change their manufacturer, if it's not the same crispness as a gen thats ok, but fat dw are the worst!

You consider his example a fat date wheel?? I guess just my 2 cents but I don't see that whatsoever...
