I think he means the screws are getting the ends/tips mashed up because the screw driver he's using is too small or there is too much threadlock on the screws.

Lug screws easily bends when adjusting using your own screw driver when removing links. Maybe you just need the rolex 2100 tool. I dont know, I just bent 2 lug screws. I could be wrong but I haven't bent any with the gen using the same screw driver.

Same here, kinda deformed one or two lug screws already wonder why are they so soft....

Sorry for the misunderstanding guys. I meant the head of the screws for the links. Easily deformed when unscrewing. Maybe I'm partly wrong for using not the right tool? But it's a first for me, haven't had this issue using the same tool before. ????

you need a 1.6 mm screwdriver or did rolex change the screwsize? Iam not sure, last time it was 1.6 mm.

Edit: Seems like its 1.6 mm now

1.6mm hollow ground. Must be hollow ground or you’ll butterfly the face of the screw.

Does anyone know if you can use a gen tube and gen crown with the vsf?

Pretty much yes, it has the misaligned r, otherwise i would not have been able to tell wether it actually is vsf or or you just passing an rf as rep

Should be replaceable - I've done it to a m2m purchase that arrived looking that way. In the end the damaged screw heads are not noticeable on the wrist but it bugged me slightly. Generic ones here, guessing there are similar elsewhere:
https://www.cousinsuk.com/product/bracelet-link-screws-stainless-steel?code=S19193S15

They don't sit perfectly flush like the stock ones but I think they look good (I replaced all of them to have a uniform finish). The only thing to watch out for is if the threads are different they could strip but screwing carefully (with a 1.6mm screwdriver) and not forcing will avoid that. Any early resistance and the threads are probably incompatible.

Got my QC , Incorrect R spacing .

Sorry to bring it back up , But has there actually been any that have this top spacing correct ? Bar this the watch is great I know, But im only really wanting it for the case to make a franken the rest will be swapped out for gen so the spacing is important to me.

Same here. Just wanted the case. Guess has to wait for v2. Newer batch v1 comes with a slightly aligned R and O.

There have been a couple QC pics that at an angle seem to look OK, but I'm very skeptical because of the angle and also because I'm yet to see an example that anyone has received with the correct rehaut.
