VSF New Release of 114060 No Date Submariner!

For me its the best 11 kEUR I have spent all my life, always brings a smile to my face.

Zero regrets, would do it again in a heartbeat.

Don't care about scratches and dings, I abuse it more than reps I had as I know it'll take more and I don't have to be so careful.

Bloody love it! Awesome presence through simplicity and symmetry.

Never owned a gen Sub, only Sub Dates. I was thinking my next one would be a DSSD JC, but lately I've been tossing up between that and this. I'm not fussed about date vs no date on a watch, but over the past year or so, I've taken a dislike to the cyclops.

I haven't taken my VSF 114060 off since it arrived a few weeks ago.

There is a VSF 124060, but is has the VS3235 movement. Excellent movement, but it means the watch has a ghost date position. As far as a VSF 124060 with a VS3230 movement goes, I'm waiting patiently.

Perhaps @CTime knows something. @CTime?

Currently Clean is my prefered choice for the 124060, and while this VR3230 is a good movement, it's technically not a clone. It's a hybrid and lacks the 60-70 hour power reserve. If that doesn't matter to you . . .

the most important is visual similarity to gen. it looks like crystal might be a big give away even if you do not know how gen looks, but you see not 100% clear crystal on any watch and you might consider its a rep.

Hi guys have an order prepped to be placed after CNY. I recently lost my TC 16610 Sub V5 that I had worn since 2013. The vsf 114060 seems like a suitable replacement. Actually always disliked the cyclops on my old Tc sub, so I am excited for a no date.

Do you reckon I should order a “deep Crystal” with the watch or is the Vsf crystal good? If the Deep Crystal is even marginally better I think I would like it.
