These VSF reps are awesome. I’ve got no problem at all setting this Hulk down next to my other gens.

Just finished having mine serviced along with the installation of a gen date disk and gen handset.

IMO this rep doesn’t require anything further.

Sorry but I just have to ask have you used a genuine Rolex before? Just asking because many members on here have never held or operated a genuine Rolex bezel or clasp so they dont know what its meant to feel like in the first place.

I've now played with over 5 examples of the VSF and ALL of them have a great bezel action. There is slight backplay but that is exactly the same as how the genuine should operate. The noise and the rotational feel is very very good. 100x better than Noob and some other makers.

Regarding the glidelock it is not locked. Its just stiff initially until you play with it many times and soak it in some WD40. The genuine glidelock on my 116618LB when I first got it was stiff as anything as well until I started to use it more often.

Not sure what your talking about bezel scallops they are fine.

Here are some pictures of my gen 116618LB next to the VSF Hulk. The crown, the bezel action, the bezel scallops looks damn perfect. The genuine is also sharp and the gen crown is also sharp. Even the cyclops and crystal are very very very good for a straight out of the box rep. This is what I have been going on about all along as a owner of many gens I'm impressed. Pics below.

Great feedback I was quoting the exact same thing in the other VSF Hulk thread.

Looks like we are twinsies (almost):

I saw most of the vsf serial number starts with S19. I have also spotted some pic posted starts with S2. Is that the 41mm?

Hahahah nice bro!! The 116618LB was one of my most coveted watches I've wanted forever. I had the gen TT version and I upgraded to the full gold in 2020. Could not be happier. I upgraded just before it got discontinued and went up another $5k USD. I think these are around $38-$40k USD now got mine for around $33k BNIB.

Enjoy yours mate. Its a stunner.

Wow, yeah that was the exact same scenario with me. I had an 116613LB for a number of years. It was my favourite watch but the full gold 116618LB was what I was really after. Shortly after Rolex confirmed they were discontinuing the 40mm I jumped on one as well.

I paid close to what you paid, just a tad under. Mine too was pretty much new with stickers, full set - 2018 dated warranty.

I have 12 watches and this is still the one I cant seem to take off.

You had your serviced? Did you notice that the crown was a tad rough pulling out to set the hands? What about the freedom of the rotor? I bought one for my father and he seems to think that it isn't winding well.

Oh, and did they test it for a waterproof rating when it was serviced?

My bezel sits high around 6 o'clock, it's springy and sits about 1mm off the case, It's nice and tight the rest fo the way round and when I turn it the gap closes but back in position it's 1mm high again.

Is there a DIY guide to fix this that any of you can link me to? Thanks

Fixed it using this guide.

For the record, it was caused by the white gasket inside the bezel not being seated properly when it was put together in the factory. I popped off the bezel, reseated the gasket and pressed it back on, very easy, that's it fixed perfect now.
