Ask him about the hands. Lots of the more recent pics show the markers white, but the hands more off white or yellowish.

My guess is that they have known about this issue for ages, but they buy these parts in large batches. Once the current inventory is gone we will see white hands too.

It won't come with any announcement or V3 or anything like that. It'll just be better.

Just got my seamaster in, but the bezel is slightly loose; it has a little bit of play. Thinking of replacing the spring under the bezel. Any other recommendations for shops that might sell spare parts?

I have the same problem. Not sure if I should put work into this watch or if I should just go GEN cuz I really love this watch.

Just got QC in, and the markers on the dial, and the hands are still very yellowish...

To me on this one both the hands and the markers look exactly the same - too yellow

So my 3.5 year old son picked mine up last night and dropped it pretty damn hard on the floor. Movement is dead now. Want to open it up today to see if I can fix it. Any advice?

Mine dropped as well couple of weeks ago. Balance wheel was out of wack. Had a watch smith check this for me. Was 30 euro fix.

Yeah me too normally. It was quite a hot evening so I took it off and placed it next to me while sitting on the couch. In a split second it was in his hand. He was so proud of his find he basically slammed it into the floor. What can you do :)
