Hi,
My QC photo from a trusted dealer.
The 12hr marker looks off to me. I think the "Right side" on the 12hr is not straight.

Can anyone help me if you see the same?

It’s gorgeous. You are correct. You have 3 options: get it and get that fixed. Get it and ignore it if possible, only 1 in 1000000 will notice it, even gen omega owners will undoubtedly give you praise for the watch. Only us nutjobs are so obsessive to point that out. Or you can red light it and see if the next one is better

I really want to buy this watch but in black, but there so many different versions of it. Which one would you recommend?

The VSF V2 version, OMF or MKS V4?

Typically, the most popular model/factory has the longest thread. This is the longest thread.
VSF is the most popular.

You could easily have a look in the Omega section and look at the threads for all the respective watches and make your own mind up.

I was searching.for a lo g time a proper seamaster diver rep...honestly speaking still didnt find it. The gen dial has such an amazing effect that is difficult to copy. Someone whi had seen a Gen before will notice the different.
P.S. the offset of the 12h markers would bother me too...

Ask for a shot where the light is lighting up the applied edges. It will look different and I reckon it is straight.

This is an English forum.
Most of us speak more than one language, but in here we speak English.

lumentin they were talking about bracelets and nato straps

I would have used Google translate that works pretty fine, it was just a polite way to say I would like to read in one language per thread. :)

idk buddy....
it might be ever so slightly off or the camera angle might be off a bit or you might be tilting your head just a bit when looking at it.
I am half heartedly joking, but somewhat serious too.

No offense please.

These facts do not mean you can't see straight and they don't disqualify you from any anything, but it does make it more likely that you don't know what to expect and it does make it more likely that when you see it in person you won't notice it like you do in a picture that magnifies everything 20x or so.

Almost all watches Gens and Reps alike have some sort of misalignment of something if you magnify things enough. If you disagree, all I have to do to prove my point is to magnify things a bit more. The pictures you see on your computer screen make everything look SO much worse than it does in person. I had the V1 and now have V2 in Black. This is a beautiful watch and despite some very slight differences between the gen and rep it remains an extremely nice watch. I personally would not reject that. If you are unable to live with some stuff like that then this game is probably not for you. Another thing, if you think that Gens don't have alignment issues just wander over to WUS and check in on some of the Gen forums. Lots of Rolex and Omega posts about not being able to find a Gen at the AD where everything lines up. If you really want to hear some bitching, head over to Seiko and see how people feel about the chapter ring/ bezel insert alignment thing.

Another reason I would accept it is that this sort of thing is kind of borderline on if it is or if it is not what QC pics are for. See FAQ for new members here: https://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/replica-faq/136582-a-little-on-qc-pics lots of other good stickies in this same area for new members on what to expect and how everything works etc.

If you want to reject it, that is up to you and is fine. I am just saying that it is my opinion that this sort of minor thing is acceptable.

Thank you Sire. Looks great from all the pictures ive seen.

You are welcome.

It is a very nice watch rep or not. I have had >70 watches over the past 4 yrs and knowing what I know now, If I could suggest a watch to myself when I first discovered this site this would be either right at the top of the list or certainly in one of the first 2 or 3 spots on my list. I would not hesitate to purchase this rep from one of the TD's here on RWI

You are welcome.

When you first start out in this hobby it is super easy to get caught up in seeing all these posts everyone makes about the most minute details. Everyone, myself included, pours over pics and obsesses about things that once on the wrist might not even be visible.

All this obsession gets in your head and makes you think why not be super critical in the QC process and get the best copy possible? On the one hand that makes perfect sense, but at the same time a lot of these small details will not change your enjoyment of the watch one bit. Let me give you a couple examples. Let's say one of the hands has a tiny flaw or a tiny scratch on it, but you can't see it unless you look at the watch with a loop. Let's say that tiny scratch was on a gen. Would most people ever find the flaw? No because most people would never inspect the hands with a loop. Would they enjoy the watch any more if that scratch wasn't there? No, because they don't even know about it in the first place.

The vertical markers at 12 and their alignment are pretty much the same thing. Those markers are quite small and any imperfection is extremely small. It is magnified many times in pictures on the computer screen.

See what I am getting at?

Sweet then VSF it is! But I've heard that VSF have some green/yellowish lume instead of white, is that true? :/
