I also tried the blue one, but I really don't like the color, it's a cheap looking tone of blue:

The new Seamaster feels more substantial and has more of a sporty vibe. The old one looks classier and more versatile, but it feels outdated. The difference in price is not that huge ( 4500€ vs. 3650€), considering that you get a true manufacturé movement with 5 year warranty.

Correct. There will be no new listings or anything for 2-3 weeks now.

Looks nice but is it really NWBIG?

Well case and dial were already spot on in the first batch, now with clone movement, updated bracelet and pearl there is basically no flaw left. We might only need a rep vs gen of the new bracelet to be 100% sure.

Does someone have info about these Clone Movements from VSF, are they as good as Asian 2836 which are very good and checked by time.
And these Clone movements came few months ago and we dont know how durable they are? Or we know? Is it easy to fix? And etc...

Speaking from direct experience they seem to be quite clean but also very dry. They don't accept gen parts as they are not a functional clone of the gen movement, but being ETA based you might be able to replace some components. Long story short - if they break they might be difficult to repair.

btw it's an ETA clone. My movement was defunct on arrival, so I quickly swapped it with a brand new swiss selitta sw200 :)

This is great I was wondering if it was possible to change the movement to an ETA 2824-2. Was it an easy replacement one for one or did you run into any problems that newbies like me should be aware of? Thanks!

I just had to swap over part of the self-winding mechanics that were different as it has to go through the deco plate. apart from that it was pretty straight forward swap.

Gold balance wheel means it is "v1" ;) Yep, many TDs enlisted is as "8800 clone" but it is eta, which is nice as 8800 does not have the features of 8500/8900, so the clone is not really needed.
Congrats on the gen.

no, man. :) I replaced the movement with a sellita, as the movement that was originally in it (which has a black balance wheel) was dead on arrival

Oh! I see what you did here clever you :)
