it's only a slight difference. Jenny on Youtube measure it 18,83 mm.
So to summarize the clasp width:
Batch 1 : H7Z 19,4 mm

This happened to few of my packages from china. Got super upset and contacted usps but they admitted they're having major issue with tracking right now and told me to stay put for few days and it actually all showed up eventually.

Now for the crystal, I think Duckber is right here.
Anti-reflective coating.
The new Submariner and Submariner Date models feature an anti-reflective coating on the crystal preventing glare. This is the first time that a Submariner model has this on the crystal.
It seems that the VRF had the colourless coating also underneath the crystal.
That's the reason why there is not much refection when U look at it.

Bezel protector rubber is stiffer than gen, huge tell from across the room. I sometimes do wonder what you guys even care about...

Thanks for this. If the difference in the bracelet is significant I may order a new one (the bracelet is available). Strangely, I can't find a gen review which details the link width at the clasp - probably indicative of how unimportant it really is!
If you have time, I wonder if you could you measure the width of the ceramic on your rep? I measured it with a piece of paper (best I have by way of tools) and it appeared slightly larger - in retrospect, I think this may have been an illusion caused by resting the paper on the higher 12... crystal and now I'm not so sure.
