Hey guys, is it possible to overwind the VS3235? I definitely feel when it's fully wound but what would happen if you accidentally kept on turning past this point of resistance?

The slip clutch shouldn’t let you. Best not to tempt fate in a rep movement. Just wake it up with a shake or give it a few turns before wearing if needed

A bit off the topic.
So is it confirmed that the quality of VSF 126 has overtaken their own 116 Sub?

Got mine a couple of days ago, 2R6 serial with 1LQ clasp code. Amazing OOTB and superb feeling on the wrist, everyone should have one of these in his collection.

And just waterpoofed the 126610 to 6ATM. Good time for a look at the 3235 clone, the engravings are quite nice.
The CB and tube/crown gaskets were new but dry as hell, a good greasing was very welcome.

After having owned my vsf Starbucks for half a year the bezel is now very loose. It’s easy to just pull it off.
Any tips on how to fix this? I could only find the “floss thread” method but that only makes it come off faster.
Appreciate any help ????

Might need a new hytrel ring (bezel fastening ring) - look at your bezel when it’s off and see if there is a gasket broken or missing

Very nice indeed! Quick question that I've been unable to find the answer to, and hoping you can advise. What's the difference between the 2R6 and 2R9 serials, if any?
My incoming has a 1LQ clasp but the serial is 2R9...

I fixed my cookie monster with this:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/293590263482

It took some patience, and I mangled two before getting it right, but the single ones above seem a little better quality than the 5 pack for $30

Hi,
I just bought this watch as my first replica. I must say it looks really good. However, maybe some of the more experienced people can help me. Compare to my Seiko Prospect Diver it seems the movement rattles and clicks more when I shake it. And the bezel feels considerably more loose. Do you think that there is a problem with the one I have or is this just what you can expect with that kind of watch? Thanks Leo

It shouldn't rattle and it should feel something like a genuine Sub.
There are many fake VSF's.
Do you have a couple of pictures of yours?

What I bought was a VSF 126610LN with VS3235. Rattle is maybe the wrong word, it’s rather like a clicking sound.

Arrived today. Shipped on 28 Jan. Faster delivery than local post. Thanks Sead!

Timegrapher says she's healthy. Everything feels great: clasp, bracelet, crown mechanics and winding, date quick-set, etc. We all know the SELs aren't the best, and that first centre link is a bit flat, but otherwise it's a damn fine copy.

VSF back in the game?
Is the quality the same as before?

Cheers

I think these are old stocks though you have to pay quite a premium to get them.
I would say only buy from trusted and reputable dealers to avoid the chances of being scammed with faked VSFs
