The only things that stand out are the color of the pearl and that blue tint on the cyclops. I really like the insert colour

My first day with this
Initial Thoughts?

Impressive crystal as usual from VSF. The clasp was a little squeaky at first but resolved it with a soapy wash.

There was some discussion about the SEL fit and finish. I’m still trying to see what’s wrong with it so I can’t comment on that.

Overall, a very well made rep in my eyes. The flaws that I gathered from the forums can be considered insignificant to me since I was not able to spot them myself.

Found these photos of the gen on Facebook earlier on. Quite happy it’s still got blue AR tint on cyclops. Thought They got rid of the blue hue on the 126610. This has made me feel more confident about the VSF Release.

Batch variation still an issue from Rolex.

Annoying for a 5-figure watch. My gen 2019 Batman has no blue tint but gen 2019 Pepsi does. I’ve seen varying tones on the cyclops of the 126610’s as well, so no the blue tint AR on the VSF is not a “tell”.

Normal. Approve

Thank you. I've approved it; they sent me 3 other pics, all show the same uneven gap on either side of the clasp. I looked at a few threads up, the photos seem to be the same.

I've got a Noob Daytona, which doesn't have the best clasp, but the gaps are at least even.

The guy is full of it but some just can’t help it! The third link tapers to meet the removable links at 16.96mm precisely! Clasp width on mine is 19.25
Here’s a movement shot
Date advancement clockwise
Time advancement anti clockwise.
Winding very smooth and dw font is much improved too.

Gorgeous movement! Just curious: Does anyone know which of the two levers at the balance wheel needs to be moved to regulate the movment?

I imagine the one with the brass insert is beat error so most likely the other but only move tiny amounts using a Timegrapher or you’ll mess it up. Try to get beat error to 0.0-0.5ms first and then time it for a while.

Thanks! The same thing I have also suspected. I actually regulate all my watches myself, but was now not quite sure about this new movement.

Ordered mine two days ago and was given the bad news that they are sold out until the 25th (at least), then takes another weak to assemble and bench test. I Snoozed and I lost!
