Hey.
It's been a while since I got my VSF 126610 LN from Puretime and everything was fine. After a few days I noticed that the date sits too low and I contacted them. They told me that they would take care of my watch but they are not able to repair it in a while because of the raids. 1 months later they said I can send them the watch and it will be repaired.
So I send the watch to the address which was on the repair form and it took another month because they told me that the watch was lost. Weeks went by and I didn't get any updates about my watch. Then finally they got the watch and said that they are going to repair it and then I'm going to get notified by there repair department. So I waited patiently for weeks and nothing happened.
I ask them for updates and I was told that they send the watch to the maker (VSF) to get it repaired. Now after many weeks I asked again for updates about my watch and when I will get it back.
Today I received a email from Puretime that my watch got lost because of raids and if I would like to get another watch because the VSF 126610 LN is out of stock!
I'm very disappointed with Puretimes service and I'm not sure if they are telling me the truth about my watch. Maybe they are trying to sell it for a higher Price because there is such a high demand for them right now. I'm not sure what to do. Should I get another watch from them (I like the 114060/124060) or should I try to get my money back and maybe try another dealer? What are your recommendations?
The serial number of my watch was 2R72...7 maybe it's out there anywhere..
