VS drops 40mm Rolex Explorer w/ VS3230

Just received QC from my dealer. I guess the latest batch comes with the correct larger 7mm crown. VSF Exp40 on left, CF Exp39 on right.
It must be a very recent fix. I bought a few weeks ago and I have the small crown (I think). My crown is 6.0mm in diameter.Just received QC from my dealer. I guess the latest batch comes with the correct larger 7mm crown. VSF Exp40 on left, CF Exp39 on right.
He measured it at 6.5mm, but it looks like he set the micrometer jaws inside the grooves. Dimensional analysis with lug width on that side image shows 7mm. I was fine with the 6mm but am happier with it being larger. He said the Clean with the 7mm crown wasn't available 10 days ago when I ordered.

I'll re-measure when I receive it.
The glossy blacker dial combined with VSF's likely clearer crystal than Clean makes a huge difference between those two watches.

The Clean hands look better but there is a visible flaw on the center "dot" on the hand stack. I have seen this on a recent reddit post yesterday on the latest Clean release. I am no expert but I cannot unsee it. Any thoughts? It looks better to me on the VSF.

lol if you mean the center pinion, you're not wrong but i will spoil all replicas for you, every single replica has this problem LOL. VS sub to CF daytona to every high tier replica. Some look better than others but all of them stock don't match gen
go look at your watches right now and see if you can spot such an issue on wrist without a loupe. you can't. people are just nitpicking everything. if this kind of detail matters then you shouldn't be buying replicas, you should be buying gen, or at the very least, super franken hands + dial

Should I choose vsf or clean for explorer 36? Have the vsf bracelet and case problems been resolved?
