Hey Karen, what about you take off the stickers and replace them with a shitter, or another DoA rep you bought before? You don't trust a TD, why would they trust you? From what Karbon74 pointed out, you are not a trustworthy person either.
In case you didn't know, VSF watches (I guess the same applies to other factories' watches too) have unique serial numbers. If this is the way you think, don't try to reflect it on me. Now, can you please cut these nonsense? If you don't agree with or can't see my case the way I see it, it's fine. This is my experience based on my expectations. You may have different expectations and this is also fine. Do you have anything to gain by offending me? Or how does it make you feel offended if someone with no previous record on the forum decides to make a thread with his bad experience?

BTW, my name is not Karen.

Where? On your fridge door?
@kalantz Karen, I understand you like to pick things to see, reply to those you think you can argue and ignore those you are speechless. Now, can you point out where the hell your "always leave reviews, good or bad when I have pleasant or unpleasant experiences" reviews are?

I rest my case too, the longwinded conf-call finally finished, and I have enough entertainment for today.

Just stop feeding this guy. Unwatch thread and then Ignore.

Notice how he has blamed everyone, forum, moderators, TD. But never considered his actions.

OP i hope you get your watch back ready to wear. Despite all the roasting noone wishes they got a broken watch on arrival.

But you made a bunch of decisions, peeling stickers off, voiding returns, sending the watch back, not wanting a VR3235 and now you have to live with the consequence... which is simply just to wait.

You can't have the whole cake and eat it. That's just the way the game works.

You slammed Trusty for being a bad dealer yet he did everything he was meant to.... taking the watch back... yet now you're unhappy you have to wait....

Fyi a $750 service from Omega took 9 months. I heard from a friend that a Rolex service has a 6 month turnaround depending on how unlucky you are.... so you're asking for better service from a fake Chinese watch dealer than gen watches themselves.

That is a strong point. Look what happened to my gen Cartier, it took months to be serviced, then it broke not too long after I got it back. I returned it and it still isn’t repaired. Makes me want to have fits

And also, I have had some kind of problem with nearly every watch I own over the years, gen and rep, people think I’m crazy for continuing with watches yet I carry on, I just love watches that much. I sigh over the latest watch problem I have. I’m now in midst of seeing if I can repair a fliplock. It’s always something.

Yep, $750 is in the range for an overhaul. I paid about $700. I was told Rolex starts at $750 which I thought was cheap, I always thought an easy $1000

Not everyone is stuck in this forum spending his whole time on replicas.
Yet after 7 years of membership here, out of nowhere, you magically have time to type up the entire Chapter 6 out of your Tome of Progress and spend an entire day going back and forth trying to bully your way to get support that you don't deserve.

Had you actually used the forum for its intended purpose, and voiced your concern in a respectful way and asked questions to help you make the right decision, you would have had a working watch a long time ago and been a lot happier. Instead you were an entitled crybaby and belittle the TD who is trying to make things right from day 1.

You say you have a business? Tell me about it, what products or services do you offer?

Regarding this watch sent back to me for service, as much as we would like to perform a refund or exchange of the watch, but the watch was received back with multiple scratches all over, and factory has immediately rejected me on that request. Anyway, I have attached the pics below of the watch received.

So the only thing I can do is to get it checked and serviced, but because this movement is exclusive to VSF only, I have to send it back to factory to get some parts replaced, and this would take some time. However, as promised in my latter emails with kalantz, I will get WS002 done after the watch is fixed and QC-ed.

Thanks

Judging by the condition of the watch in that photo, I’m surprised Trusty is agreeing to still do something to help. I’m sure any gen watch manufacturer would flat out reject it looking like that. I dont think the OP can expect more in this situation and be thankful for what is being done

Jesus christ, what happened to that caseback? I have 10 year old bracelets that look better than the bracelet.

It was your suggestion that I should take the watch to a local watchsmith before deciding to send it back to China. First thing that was automatically fell off when the watchsmith opened the case was the sticker of the caseback. When I took it back, most of the wrappings were not at their initial condition. That's why I decided to remove all of them. You said you would claim a new movement from the factory under warranty. I was happy with this solution and I did not demand full watch replacement or refund at that moment. I demanded a full refund at my latter emails a few days ago out of frustration after an unreasonable 5 weeks the watch was sitting there unrepaired (replacing the caliber would take less than an hour), because you were not confirming the delivery for 3 weeks and you finally denied the waterproofing which was asked in exchange of reimburing me for the shipping cost from Greece to China.

Just for the record the "latter email" you mentioned about waterproofing, arrived two hours ago.

Since we talking evidence, I will also leave some screenshots here

Please, do your best with the repair. No more delays. Please

One last thing. If you had any intention to replace the watch or issue a refund, after receiving my very first email I was informing you about the issue, you should reply: "Don't remove the wrappings, don't try to fix it or do anything to the watch, just send it back as new and I will replace it for you". I think now it is too late to talk about wrappings, scratches and intentions.

You made this thread to shit on Trusty but anybody with functioning eyes and brains can see has gone above and beyond for your case.

You claim this you claim that but that watch is pretty wrecked with microswirls all over. What did you do with the watch? If it was brand new how did it get so worn out?

The watch cannot be returned because the condition of that watch is WORN and quite frankly is a used watch. If it was still brand new with 0 scratches then maybe...

You dont take responsibility at all. You blame Trusty for not telling you to not wear the watch. You blame him for not telling you not to remove the stickers. Lots of blaming. Look at yourself first.

If you're a business owner, would you take back such a poor conditon item that clearly has been used?

If it was broken then why did you wear it and how did it get so bad?

You still don't understand the replica industry do you.

Trusty has to send this back to the factory. The factory fixes it. Not him. He sends it to the factory. They can take months. It's not his fault. What do you want him to do?

The factory is an ILLEGAL WATCH OPERATION in CHINA.... jesus christ

Please read my replies to trustytime first and don't be so fast to critisize. There is nothing like a "one side story". Thanks
