Yes, It wears larger. On my 6.5inch wrist, It s at the limit!
Thanks, I'm leaning towards the ingenieur first, although I think somehow both are gonna end up in my collection eventually! V7f is just too good at this

The N is noticeably floating/smaller than the rest of Schaffhausen on many QCs recently.
Not saying this is a deal breaker but it sucks that they had it write on the initial release then messed it up. Cartier Santos vibes.

I bought this when it first came out in late 23.

Looks like it's been there a while. I never noticed while I still had it though.

I don’t see anything wrong with it in an image blown up on my screen. But I guess I must be missing something, since multiple people can spot a problem on text that’s ~0.5 mm high.

It's the new trend. People wear loupes all day to nitpick watches 😀

Jokes aside. It's always good to know rep flaws. But probably not something that impacts day to day enjoyment.

Interestingly I've seen a few MarkXX sold on eBay that appear to feature the smaller N. They come with box and papers with matching s/n so appear to be gen...

Those are extremely tiny white lines. Maybe the sensor in a cell phone camera isn’t advanced enough to capture the light bouncing off the extremities of the N. My advice would be to relax and not get too carried away with this scrutiny.

Have compared side by side with gen through a loupe and the only obvious tell I could find was the date window; On gen the corners are rounded, on the rep they are square (90° angle.)

Not something anybody will ever notice but handy to know if shopping for a gen on the used market.

Gen on the left, rep on the right, a bit of fish eye distortion on the rep but you can see what I'm referring to.
