Are they stuck in customs? Mind sharing some details about the tracking progress?

Not sure if there are just delays with UK customs or now they are making more checks.
Hope it goes well for you guys, I used to live in UK so I know the anxiety!

Moved to Hong Kong a couple eyars ago and open port makes things so much easier!

This just came in from puretime today: "it needs 1 month to finish the custom progress sometimes ,so we need to wait for .Now our UK agent is handling this issue now ,we believe that it will be updated soon ,we will get back to you once we receive the new feedback ."

So my Hong Kong Post item is now at Heathrow as of today
My DHL hasnt even left China due to refusing QC pics

Fingers crossed it gets through customs soon!

Good luck Roy, a mate who does a lot of buying reckons Hong Kong Post could well be the best option, a bit slower but potentially safer, though as he admits it all a bit of a lottery. One thing he has said is that there seems to have been a toughening up over the last 6 months so makes sense to use a TD with a replacement/refund policy for seizures.
