Can confirm I bought one of these recently and went crazy trying to find a tube that it screwed all the way down on. I ended up chucking it in the parts bin and finding another crown.

Glad to know it's not a problem that I've caused while installing it. I found that "Sillan/Vanbaol" on Alibaba has the same crown I think; does anyone have experience with this one instead? The seller on AliX stopped responding after I asked about a refund...

Silian is usually really great with their parts so I wouldn't be surprised if they have a better version of this but no experience I can speak to myself

You can either request a sample if the option exists or you’ll have to buy two unfortunately. Can always list one for sale? Alternative is the Athaya 600 crown which is a fantastic option

Yeah if you use a gen spec 600 crown and tube you need to retap with 3.00mm x 0.30mm. Though 0.30mm pitch is gen spec, you can also get away with 0.35mm

ah yes that's a 600 crown-- best option will be Aliexpress or Silian then

Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with my dial.I built a watch using parts from Raffles and a PT5000 movement. After a few days, I noticed that the dial was damaged at the outer edge. I replaced it with a new, identical dial, but the same problem occurred again.
I’m unsure what could be causing this. Could anyone give me a hint about what the issue might be? I’d also love to build another watch with a gen dial , but I’m worried that the same problem will happen again. Thanks in advance for your help!

Finally got a deal on an engine turned bezel for less than 110€. I've upgraded the stock Raffles bezel and kept the same sapphire. The next steps are:

• Change the caseback to a 1016 caseback to clear for the 3135 rotor (tried to shave off the inside with a Dremel, but it still doesn't clear enough)
• Swap the random Aliexpress jubilee to a Raffles one
• Swap the crown for a better one (Sillian/Vanbaol, maybe I'll try an Aliexpress one again after my last experience)
• Upgrade the sapphire (would this one work?)

If anyone has either a 1016 caseback, a Raffles Jubilee or a better crown I'll gladly accept it (I'm located in the EU) .
