I am new to the forum and buying rep watches. After reading this review, I am very interested in buying the Noob-Maker PAM111M. Can anyone guide me to a trusted dealer with a good price? Thanks a lot!

Great review between the 2. For someone like me new to this the information provided by you gives so much information not just written but with such detailed pictures. Gives me a more informative look into watch details and what the different factories produce. I will be looking forward to your next detailed post/reviews.

Spot on!

Hi all new here, is it me or the pics are not there on the main page ??
thx

It's probably because puretime had a domain change.

If someone (mod or the OP) can edit his original post, it would be fantastic.

Just copy the text from the post into notepad, do a "Replace" and replace "puretimewatches.com" with "puretime.co" and then copy and paste back into the post. Should only take a second.

I can do it here:

EDITED BY MOD: Thank big raij for recovering the pics
I have removed them again to the original Angus post
You were vey useful

So I was getting ready to pluck down 8000 on a 292, when I came across this forum.

Could someone please shed some light on the best place to go for the hands down top quality replica of this watch.

Thanks

So I was getting ready to pluck down 8000 on a 292, when I came across this forum.

Could someone please shed some light on the best place to go for the hands down top quality replica of this watch.

Thanks

Step 1: Stop!!

Do NOT spend $300 on this watch as a rep. Do NOT spend $8000 on a gen. Take some time and learn about the watch. This watch, the PAM 111M is no longer available for the most part; but can be found around with some of the TDs (Trusted Dealers).

Step 2: Think.

Reps, no matter how good, always have flaws. Gens, for the most part, are always flawless out the door... because they are gens! If you can live with the flaws, grab a rep for just under $300. If you can't live with the fact that your rep will always have flaws, get a gen. There is NO prefect rep. The greatest question is finding how many flaws you are willing to live with.

Step 3: Shop with TDs

They are trusted for a reason. Just remember it is NOT like shopping on other vendors. You will have longer ship times than normal and the watch can have flaws. Most TDs will give you quality check (QC) photos prior to shipping, but be sure to tell them to "hold" the order if you want to investigate the photos. Shipping times are VERY LONG at times. Don't want to wait? Get a gen right at your nearest authorized dealer (AD) or pawn shop.

What an amazing detailed review! I don't know if I'm more impresses with the watch or the thought and effort that went in this watch review? I wish you could get one of theses for every major rep like the Rolex Sub, Breitling Super Ocean, Omega PO and others like AP, Hublot etc..

Is there a sticky somewhere for each brand. The photos and details really help a hobbyist like me decide which purchase to make. I love it. Amazing...great job.

Great review and lot's of good advice - this thread just pushed me over the limit - I am placing an order for a Noob 111M with a swiss movement from trusted dealer ..... these reps are so much better than the one's available when I first joined the forum.

Thanks for all the info .......
