That’s the point, I have, I’ve been going over this tread since v9. I bought a v10 on a metal strap when it came out, and sold it again due to the massive weight.

besides form the QC issues with the hour markers and the lume mismatch on the hands, I couldn’t see any other issues.

ive read the comments form legend that he would prefer a mix of the 2 models, but not really why. Hence my question, I have a ZF in the mail, to me the date window, the hour markers and the hands look better, I don’t see any issues, but that doesn’t change the fact that I would like to learn the flaws of this model.

I get your point Legend, no reason to focus on a flaw that you didn’t see in the first place. But that’s not really why I’m here, I like to have all the information, so I can make a qualified decision if this is a watch that I find so well made, that purchasing the gen would be redundant, if not only for an investment purpose.

Comparing either reps to the gen, I see no notable flaws that would be seen in real life, by anyone, including yourself. That’s why I’m very curious to what I’ve missed. Oh maybe my eyesight is not what it used to be

We discussed everything and i shared genuines links and you can see how JF match genuine , JF v10 now better choice for early SIHH 2010 H series , everything look very good compare to genuine SIHH 2010 old model , all updates in v10 match genuine and not flaws two different Lume case back engraving DW high gloss dial and outlines , all this just 398$ , JF didn’t miss anything at the moment, I hope this help you, I was Olso confused about v10 .

I agree with you. ZF looks perfect (with a certain degree of relax on the term) to my eyes. I have yet to see it in real life so any picture as soon as you have it would be immensely helpful

Yes your intentions are better expressed in this post. Previously, you came across with a guy who had your mind made up and trying to challenge someone who sees it differently. I see what I see so I’ll appreciate if you don’t try to include me in the group which cannot distinguish the rep from the gen in real life. I already told you I can and you need to respect that. Just because you’re not able to, doesn’t mean that everyone need to be like you or is automatically wrong.

If you’re here to learn, I’ve no problem helping you out but I’ll ask you not to try to speak for me again or challenge me to justify my opinion.
It is a fact that the v10 have visual features which differ from gen and honestly you don’t have to worry whether I can call them out. If you cannot, then it is a 1:1 rep for you and you won’t need to worry about what me or anyone else thinks.

At the end of the day it comes down to you claiming to spot flaws in both watches, but you won't share the information. That's what i simply don't understand, but hey, it's of course up to you :)

Well, not really.
Look at it another way. I own the gen 15711OI diver, but I hardly ever wear it. It is in my collection for the sake of collection, and I am not a fan of the diver personally. It isn't a model I enjoy wearing, or discoursing over and the 15703 is a watch I will never buy, whether in gen or rep. I do not stop guys like repworld or anyone else claiming what they claim, but I see what I see and but prefer not to spend time discussing the differences, as the latest iteration of the JF or ZF diver is a very good rep in real life. Is that not sufficient for you?

What it really comes down to, sir, is you being convinced that the 15703 (or any other rep watch you want to buy), is not worth getting in gen, and that is a very individual and subjective decision. What is even simpler than what you mentioned, is you liking the watch and buying it. If you are unconvinced of me being able to call the latest rep divers (JF, ZF, or whatever hybrid you can find) out, no problem, post any wristshot and ask me. I either will get it right or I won't and it will either prove or disprove my point. But that shouldn't change how you feel about this specific release. If you think its 1:1, by all means buy and enjoy it. Your opinion did not feature for any of the watches I chose to purchase, and likewise, mine shouldn't as well if you think that a rep is awesome and suits your every need.

What I wish to say can be summarized in a simple sentence: The V10 diver and ZF divers, while not perfect, are both very good reps in real life and sufficient for anyone seeking to get a feel of what the AP diver is about.

I spotted one @ USD13.5k online w/o any kissing of any the digit indexes but I did not save it. Geee... Wish I did but I still can accept an offer from a friend who has the Gen.

I got mixed up in my exchange rates sorry ;) The cheapest on Chrono24 is at 17k USD and there's a few at like 19k. Chrono24 tends to be a bit inflated but 13.5k seems surprisingly cheap
PPat pictures of your upcoming gen once your friend has sold it to you ;)

Absolute Rubbish. There is nothing wrong with the bezel numbers, its just a variation among 3-4.
If you do not like it, don't project your preference to the rest of the world. Keep your ignorance to yourself.
