Hi Anadrol5, thanks for taking a look at the QC pic. The TD emailed back and said the screws are actually damaged but did not send any closer pics. They also said they will swap the bracelet lug screws out for me. Question: I know it is a simple enough thing to swap out bracelet lug screws but should i be concerned that the TD will scratch the case or use the wrong screws for this? I've had some bad experiences with this sort of thing from a TD that opened up a case back to show the movement and there were scratches all over the case back when I got the watch.
In my experience there is nothing to worry about with the lug screws. When I bought my XF V1 I was one of the unlucky ones who got the immovable bracelet screws. No matter what I did the bracelet screws would not budge and eventually had to buy a new set of bracelet. However, I found that the lug screws were no problem to unscrew. The lug screws on XF 15202 are larger than the bracelet screws and has much deeper grooves. Even if a part of it is damaged I don't think there will be much problem unscrewing it.
