fatarms fantastic! What’s the specs
Athaya crown and pearl, Singer dial that must be refurbished gen, Sternkreuz XS303.472 plexi, 2 mm bars, 5513 insert from Cousins. Watch is a cartel 5513 that had the crown guards squared off and shaved a bit, lugs drilled to accept the 2mm gen spec spring bars. Insert was matte sprayed to take the shine away, slight aging on the hands. I simply collected the parts and NCRich worked his magic on it. The guy is amazing.
Nice sub props to NCRich for the work I saw the documentary on our sister site RWG looks great man! One question, where you source the singer dial the bay?
thanks!
After years of watching this thread and about 6 months of collecting parts... I can finally participate

The seller was ccc21077. This dealer is from Vietnam, has been on ebay since 2013, so I felt comfortable buying the dial from them. I can't say for sure that it's definitely a genuinely refurbished Singer dial since it came from Vietnam, but Rich seemed to think it might be. It had the gen dial feet locations, but may be after market.
No work other than relocating the dial feet was done on the dial, it has a matte finish and had a tiny bit of the lightest scuffing/fading in the middle of the dial to give it a little more worn look. Now that it's mounted, it's hard to pick up on that with the crystal over it. The hour markers do not glow, as they shouldn't being an older style dial. Here's a pic of it that I took after I received it. You can make out some of the distressing in the middle of the dial giving it almost a maroon tint to it.
Finally finished my 5513 Tiffany dial. I think it turned out pretty good. Except the re lume done by me, but that cam always be fixed.
