I wasn't happy with the gold color and the weight bothered me a bit as well so I ordered the 18k wrapped version and the gold color is much more gen like and a bit heavier as well. I then sold the plated version to help offset the cost.

Well I ordered two of these BP 40mm daydates and I'm reasonably happy with the quality of the watches themselves.

What I'm not happy about is the size of the bracelet as supplied by the factory. I don't have an excessively large wrist (7 3/8") and yet these watches are very tight on my wrist as supplied by the factory. I have contacted my TD, but I'm expecting the run around and $$$ to get the additional links that should have come standard with these watches. I've never needed any additional links on any new watch, until now so order accordingly.

Anyway, if anyone has an extra SS and/or RG link they can part with in the US, I'd happily pay you a few $ for it. TIA!

If your ordering the plated versions your td should be able to get them no problem. For wrapped most tds can't do it unless your willing to buy the full bracelet.

Unfortunately I don't know what the exact size of the stock bracelet is and can't measure it bc it's with my watchsmith. I just know from past experience these presidential bracelets are known to fit smaller then a sub bracelet for example and there's no link extender.

In your case I think it will fit your wrist though but maybe one of the other guys who has this watch can tell you for sure what the exact size is?

Worst case you can tell your td to send you some extra links. I know a few other people that had to do this after trying the watch on and realizing it's too small.

My wrist is about 7 3/8", these watches are too tight. I'd say MAX wrist size without adding links would be 7 1/4" or about 18.4 cm.

I contacted my TD, I still haven't heard anything. Strange, before ordering I always heard right back from him.

If anyone in the US is ordering, please order an extra SS and a RG link and I'll happily pay you for your efforts. Thanks!

Big Thanks for your reply. I already messaged with my TD and he told me BP will not sell Links only so I hope it will fit as the watch comes. If not i had to go for the whole bracelet

It seems certain TDs have access to individual links while others can only get full bracelets.
