Is the font difference noticeable, does it bother you? Mine is on its way and I'd like to hear some opinions

we could try to adapt a gen day wheel on the 2836-2 one. Does anybody know the precise diameter of the day wheel of the replica?
That's a start; however if you look at the 2836 day wheel the center "gear" shape is completely different than the gen.
The 2836 seems to have a small gear connected to it while the gen doesn't.
Here's what I mean: top is 2836-2 disc / bottom is gen aftermarket disc

I've looked at that aftermarket one and the font looks very bad to be honest for the one from China.

Scissors [emoji27] well it'd be hidden with the dial so it'd be no big deal as long as it flips smoothly and aligned

By the way are we sure that the diameter of the date wheel of the DDpresident 36mm (caliber 3155, 25mm wheel) fits our dd40??? same question for the dial as well
I'm gonna say no due to the president being 36mm and the DD40 is 40~41mm. However I could be wrong and maybe it'd fit.
We need a DD expert lol

The font is completely incorrect and also too big. A fellow member posted comparison pictures earlier in this thread
